The Arizona Eye Institute & Cosmetic Laser Center is proud to have served our community's vision and beauty needs for more than 30 years. We operate out of three offices, and our Online Store.  Our Founder & Medical Director, Emilio M. Justo, M.D., is renowned for his skill at customizing cataract surgery for the best vision results for each individual patient.  Dr. Justo is also well known for acheiving beautiful results using a CO2 laser to preform eyelid surgery. In fact, he often gets upper eyelid surgery authorized through most insurances. 

Our Medical Optometrists, Dr. Manuel Zambrano and Dr. Mark Yates, have 50 years of expereince combined, and offer routine eye exams for new contact lenses or eyeglasses, as well as comprehensive medical eye exams to ensure your overall health and protect your vision long-term. 

We offer a wide range of eyewear, sunglasses, contact lenses, as well as beauty and cosmetic services. Our Certified Aesthetic Laser Nurse Roxanne Dorty, R.N., provides complimentary consultations where she can advise you on beauty products, from the Obagi medical grade skin care that we sell online here, to injecables and fillers, laser hair removal, and spider vein treatment. Our Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional Stephanie Morlock, C.P.C.P., is one of the few lifetime certified permanent makeup specialists, and she specialises in hair-stroke technique for natural looking eyebrows.

We enjoy partnering with the community on fundraisers of water, food, school supplies and toys to support our community throughout the year.
